The Double Room has no balcony. The Double Room with Balcony, Triple Room, Superior Double Room, Deluxe Room and Suite with Hot Tub all have a balcony.

The Deluxe Room has the same layout as the Double Room with Balcony, with a guaranteed large double bed, bathrobes and slippers. The Superior Double Room offers more space, a large double bed, bathrobes and slippers. All rooms have a courtesy tray with a kettle, herbal teas and coffee.

The suite is designed for two guests, with a maximum of two adults. The sofa is not used as a bed. An extra bed for a child may be available on request, subject to availability and conditions confirmed by the hotel; a third adult cannot be accommodated.

Yes. The breakfast buffet is included in your stay, with the hotel's compliments. It is served at Pensée from 7:00 to 10:30 for hotel guests.

Half-board includes the breakfast buffet and dinner buffet. Drinks with dinner are charged separately. Our team can explain this option when you plan your stay.

Yes. Access to the outdoor pool on the hotel terrace is free for hotel guests. Reception can advise on opening hours. The indoor pool at Orélia is part of the spa's services and is charged separately.

Orélia Spa & Beauty services are available at an additional charge and require a reservation. Discover hammam rituals, massages and treatments on the Orélia website, then use its online booking service to choose your moment.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is before 12:00. Reception is open 24 hours a day. For early check-in or late check-out, please contact us: availability and conditions apply.

Yes. A paid airport transfer can be arranged by reservation through the hotel. Please contact our team before travelling for prices and arrangements.

The hotel does not have a private car park. Street parking may be available nearby, but spaces cannot be guaranteed. These spaces are not managed by the hotel and are not its responsibility.

Yes. Luggage storage is free on your arrival day before you receive your room keys, and on your departure day after check-out. Free storage applies only on the relevant day.

A baby cot is available free of charge, on request and subject to availability. Please request it from the hotel before your arrival.

Yes. The hotel has a lift and rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility. Please contact us before booking to check availability and discuss whether the facilities meet your needs.

High Five Rooftop is a future project and is not open yet. For now, you can enjoy the outdoor pool on the hotel terrace.
